Our traveling yogurt coach and ambassador of authenticity, Daniel Maldonado, was in the Windy City this past week. He visited stores, passed out samples, and extolled the virtues of our traditional 24-hour yogurt fermentation process and a simple, 2-ingredient recipe.
Among other places, we visited Park Slope Food Coop on Union Street in Brooklyn, the Consulate General of Bulgaria, and the Permanent Mission of Bulgaria to the United nations!
