Fried Zucchini & Yogurt Sauce

2 c. White Mountain Foods Bulgarian Yogurt
8 medium zucchini and/or yellow squash
Vegetable oil for deep-frying
1 c. chopped dill
7 garlic cloves, minced

Preset deep fryer to 375°. Cut zucchini and/or yellow squash into ½″ thick slices. Deep fry for 6–8 minutes until golden brown on surfaces. Let drain. Mix garlic and dill with yogurt for sauce; spoon sauce onto individual zucchini servings. Serves 4.
